The Executive Vice President (EVP) shall serve as the chief executive officer and is responsible to the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the President for the effective conduct of the affairs of the Association.  The EVP recommends and participates in formulation of Association mission, goals, objectives, and related policies.  Within the framework of the Association the EVP: plans, organizes, coordinates, controls, and directs the activities of the Association.  All staff personnel (other than the Executive Vice President) will be recruited, hired, directed, evaluated, developed and/or terminated by the Executive Vice President.
