Office Manager
The Office Manager is a full-time, position providing administrative support for the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM). The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Finance and Administration and works with other ACM staff. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Office Support Responsibilities Maintains general ACM inbox and forwards emails to appropriate staff. Sorts/distributes incoming mail. Manages phone system and general ACM voicemail messages. Reconciles weekly transaction reports and prepares bank deposits. Tracks and maintains petty cash. Orders office supplies. Manages office equipment, monitors usage, and coordinates service calls. S
