Senior Meetings Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages all logistical aspects of the Mid-Winter Meeting: Handles the RFP process, makes recommendations, negotiates contract terms and finalizes before review/signature Handles registration, audiovisual, housing, food and beverage, room sets, signage, meeting resume and onsite management, and any other logistical details necessary Prepares all necessary items for onsite management including staff manuals, governance grids, meeting badges, ribbons, on-site registration forms, etc. Serves as primary point person during hotel pre-convention meeting and as primary on-site contact Manages all aspects of the meeting within the approved budget Build and maintain str
