JOB SUMMARY The Associate, NLC provides advanced level professional program support to the NLC in meeting its goals and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides customer service support and provides acquired subject matter knowledge on NLC issues. Responds to information inquiries including telephone, written, email, and online general information requests. Represents NCSBN and NLC at conferences / exhibitions. Serves as a presenter at national or state student nurse conferences, upon request. Presents live NLC public webinars, as needed. Coordinates logistical needs for department including development of agendas, scripts for committees, meetings, conferences, webinars and relevant meeting material development.
