Administers the daily affairs of the CAP Corporation.  Develops the overall business strategy to implement the general direction received from the Board of Governors (BoG) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to meet the needs of CAP’s varied customers, volunteer members, the communities we serve, and our employees.
