Executive Assistant to CEO
The American Gas Association is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President and CEO.  The Executive Assistant will support executive level functions, serve as the primary intermediary for AGA staff, Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO’s office. This individual will support the CEO with daily administrative tasks including calendar management, special projects, preparations for meetings with staff, members, and external entities. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience providing administrative support for C-level executives, understands the importance of maintaining discretion, and is a strong communicator orally and in writing.
