ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with community-based organizations such as syringe exchange programs, single room occupancy hotels, jails, shelters, drop-in centers, drug treatment and street outreach programs in Alameda County to implement and coordinate a countywide naloxone distribution program.  Maintain relationships with established OPEND Project sites; ensure inventory, proper data collection, MOU's and all necessary documentation for each site. Provide "train the trainer" sessions for external collaborating programs.   Ensure expected OPEND service delivery occurs throughout HEPPACs programming.   Conduct short overdose prevention and naloxone (Narcan) administration trainings to individuals with a history of su
