Manager, Finance and Administration
Responsible for managing financial and administrative operations of the office. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. All decisions are made within legal provisions and ICPI-NCMA bylaws, policies, and procedures. Duties include: Financial: Prepare monthly financial statements. Manage and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm. Oversee and support accounting functions (accounts receivable/payable, assets, invoicing, deposits, etc.). Manage credit card processing including gateways, merchant account, and connections between all systems. Manage audits, tax filings, and other required reporting.
