Summary of Position: The Executive Director (ED) is the chief paid member of the staff. The ED manages all full and part time members of the NECSEMA staff, is responsible for implementing and managing the finances of the association and directing its day-to-day activities, mission, policies, and programs as approved by the Board of Directors.
