Manager of Events and Meetings
The Role You will serve as the main point of contact for the association’s meetings and events.  These meetings and events include our annual conference, networking receptions, Congressional briefings, chapter meetings, council meetings, Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, to name a few.  This position is available immediately and is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Director. Responsibilities and Duties Manage the execution of all meetings and events. Annual Conference activities include: Handle hotel selection, contracting, room blocks, space allocation and meeting room set up, audiovisual, food and beverage, exhibit sales (working with third party vendors, show hotel personne
