Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all office policies and procedures, supporting the division goals, and ensures compliance of DC staff with Academy policies and procedures (e.g., Accounting, Human Resources, safety procedures, legal contracts, as well as House/Senate Lobbying Compliance submissions.) Develops and manages the budget and forecast process for the division, advising the directors and the VP.  The core jobs are communication and organization as well as managing the capitol budget- procurement of equipment/IT and furniture, ensuring that the equipment, office space, are operating efficiently.
