The HR Generalist/Recruiter will support the daily operations of the Human Resource (HR) department including full life cycle (end to end) recruitment, performance management, employee relations, staff development, and a wide range of HR generalist duties. They will develop a recruitment plan and innovative strategies to source diverse candidates by pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
