Program Assistant - Antitrust Law Section
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) Provides full range of administrative and clerical functions. Provides programmatic support that may include, but not be limited to, editing, proofing, elementary desktop publishing, conducting basic research, supporting members and committees, supporting marketing activities, and meeting planning. Manages CLE accreditation procedures as well as event registration systems (e.g. CVENT) Establishes, selects, implement, modifies, and coordinates all office administrative services to optimize service delivery. Compiles basic operational reports and assists in the maintenance of the department’s budgets. Orders and maintains supplies
