Position Summary:The Human Rights Campaign accomplishes its work through a partnership between its paid staff and grass-roots volunteer leaders in 33 HRC steering committeecommunities across the country, including on its national Board of Directors and Board of Governors.Volunteers in HRC’s robust infrastructure engage in activism, advocacy, program work and membership development throughout the course of the year. Thesevolunteer leaders and communities are vital to the success of the LGBTQ+ movement and HRC’s mission.
