Greater Nashville REALTORS®, a 6,200-member REALTOR® trade association, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Administrative Support Coordinator. This position will support several departments within the association through administrative duties as assigned.  Responsibilities: Professional Development Department Assist students via phone, email, and in-person. Coordinate with Professional Development staff to prepare for class attendance including registration, payment processing, registering attendees, and classroom setup. Ensure member areas are well-maintained and welcoming. Greet and assist Education Center visitors. Coordinate catering orders and food & beverage presentation.
