The American Association of Endodontists (AAE) is dedicated to the excellence in the art and science of endodontics and to the highest standard of patient care. The Association inspires its members to pursue professional advancement and personal fulfillment through education, research, advocacy, leadership, communication, and service.

The AAE is currently seeking a Marketing Content & Production Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that produces creative that will engage, inform, and motivate AAE members and other stakeholders to drive engagement and action.

Responsibilities include: •Conceptualize, produce, and deliver compelling, error-free content for digital and print collateral that brings marketing strategies to life with a strong call to action •Interface with multiple departments and stakeholders to discover and evaluate campaign needs and integration opportunities •Build and distribute marketing emails across multiple campaigns •Implement segmentation strategies and targeting practices to achieve campaign results •Streamline, analyze and rapidly refine campaigns based on performance data and results of A/B testing when applicable •Maintain a comprehensive content calendar to track and deliver on efforts across multiple campaigns •Coordinate messaging, action items, timelines, and budgets to ensure consistency, integration, and efficiency •Audit, edit and chronically refine existing member-facing content for voice/brand •Gather data, analyze, and communicate campaign performance

What we seek: •At least 4 years of experience in related marketing or communications role producing creative content •Ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts, and creative concepts into outstanding execution •Excellent writing skills, including concise, engaging, ad-style copy •Proven organization and time management skills, ability to be agile in response to new developments/information, and to consistency meet deadlines •Ability to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders or subject matter experts •Proficient with email distribution and automation platforms (like Higher Logic, Real Magnet) •Experience working with website content management systems (like WordPress) •Experience writing for multiple channels, including email, blog, website and social media •Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite •Marketing experience with non-profit or membership organizations preferred •Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
