The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization working to provide humanitarian eye care and physician education both in the United States and around the world. The ASCRS Foundation has 20-year history of success and currently serves over 26,000 patients per year. The Foundation Program Manager will report to the Director of Development and will be responsible for oversight, strategic planning and administration of the ASCRS Foundation’s Operation Sight domestic charitable cataract surgery program – a nationwide initiative that provides over 1,600 patients with free cataract surgery annually. The position works closely with the Foundation’s leadership and supports additional initiatives and programs as needed.
