The American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) is seeking a Vice President of Public Policy to lead the Government Relations and Public Policy activities in achieving AMIA's mission. The Vice President will work to ensure that federal agencies and Congress recognize AMIA as the preeminent source of biomedical and health informatics expertise, research and practice, expand the scope and recognition of informatics as a profession, and to serve as a voice of informatics through communications and interactions with federal governments, coalitions, groups and other stakeholders.
