The Membership Manager is responsible for driving membership on-boarding, engagement, and retention. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the member application and renewal processes; supporting member on-boarding and engagement efforts; data collection, management, and analysis; developing and managing reports and dashboards; and providing exceptional member and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and measure the success of membership retention strategies; manage engagement tactics that increase awareness among members of key resources and benefits. Support new member on-boarding and engagement efforts by developing and managing campaigns and reporting back to staff and leadership. Manage and evolve new member applic
