JOB OVERVIEW The Director of Member Services – Los Angeles is the face of a merit-shop trade association in the region. This position develops and coordinates aspects of member recruitment, involvement and retention as it relates to membership growth strategies for ABC Southern California Chapter according to membership goals identified by the Chapter Board of Directors and Membership Committee. The ideal candidate for this position should have a spirit of professional entrepreneurship with the ability to ‘see the big picture’ and bring it to reality.
