Position Summary:  The Conference Services Department manages logistics for all of the association’s conferences, meetings, and events.  This position primarily works on the Conferences, of which there are six total.  Three of the conferences have smaller exhibit halls of 40-50 exhibitors, while one conference has an exhibit hall of 100-120 exhibitors.  The remaining two conferences do not have exhibit halls.  All six conferences have sponsors, and sponsorship fulfillment.  The Exhibits and Sponsorships Manager is responsible for the execution of all logistics related to conference exhibits and sponsorships, to include:  exhibit hall layout, managing relationships with general service contractors, managing logistics related to sponsorships; manages additi
