The Database Specialist works primarily with SWANA’s iMIS database (desktop and RISE) of members, customers, and other contacts. By ensuring the quality and accuracy of the database and assisting in the timely and effective retrieval of data, the Database Specialist supports and enhances the efforts of all SWANA departments and services. The best person for this job will be accurate, detail-oriented, and focused on working with and solving the data needs of co-workers, all of whom are providing services and support to SWANA’s members and customers. Duties will include but are not limited to: Develop, update and maintain accuracy of general database records. Work with Database Administrator to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
