The Independent Electrical Contractors Association of Kentucky and Southern Indiana is a local chapter of the National IEC. It has over eighty (80) electrical contractor company members, over 250 enrolled apprentices and over 1000 enrolled in continuing education programs. IEC is recognized state-wide, and has been instrumental in lobbying legislation related to electrical licensing and small business. IEC members serve on National Electrical Code Making Panels and local regulatory boards.
