SUMMARY OF POSITION             Under the general supervision of the VP of Events, the Director of Events and Meetings will assist in the development, management, and coordination of the IIBEC annual convention, symposia, and meetings both in-person and virtual. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support and oversight to the various meeting activities such as the International Convention & Trade Show, Building Enclosure Symposium, and Canadian Building Enclosure Symposium Work with VP of Events to review all contracts & RFPs Coordinate and manage keynote speaker selections and moderators and work with Director of Education on the scheduling of educational offerings Work
