The Senior Program Manager will work closely with NCHL’s key stakeholders, including members from one of our premier programs, the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS) members and LENS Council executives of human resources, learning, organizational development, and related leadership disciplines, to drive a program of high-value initiatives.
