The Coordinator, Membership is a key position in member service responsible for managing the association’s membership processes. The incumbent should be highly organized, member focused, driven by process with a keen eye for details. The position reports to the Senior Director, Membership & Chapter Relations working closely with IT, accounts payable and membership teams.
