Reports to the Deputy Executive Director/COO and serves as the Institute’s representative in the execution of all matters of logistics, strategy and experience for ITE meetings--both in person and virtual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads, manages, and has directs oversight of all logistics and planning for the Institute’s Conferences (Annual Meeting, NRITS, and virtual Tech Conference) and other meetings as determined. This would also include all Board and Committee meetings (for both ITE and the Transportation Professional Certification Board) in addition to all other on site meetings for the staff.
