DESCRIPTION: This position will report directly to ACCT’s President & CEO. Responsibility to implement and oversee federal-facing lobbying efforts, manage policy and research grants, partner with peer associations, and collaborate with the entire staff in fulfillment of the Association’s mission and goals including:  •    Serve on the President’s executive team•    Lead the lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill, the Administration, and federal agencies on behalf of the Association•    Lead the Association’s policy office including oversight of various public policy grants •    Manage the Government Relations team, which includes a Director of Government Relations and a Senior Government Relations Associate•    Manage the policy and research team, which i
