Primary purpose: Provides administrative supports to the executive office team. Performs a variety of complex and routine activities. Handles confidential and company-sensitive information with considerable discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Maintains a position of high visibility and professionalism to key volunteer and staff leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
Handles administrative requests and queries from executive management
Assists with gathering data for biweekly social media monitoring report
Organizes and schedules appointments
Assists with scheduling and planning meetings
Books travel arrangements as necessary and prepares travel itineraries and files
Assists executive office team with organizing and processing expense reports
Takes meeting notes and distributes them to stakeholders
Creates and manages electronic files
Anticipates needs, deliverables, and services
Understands and interprets pertinent policies and procedures clearly and accurately
Position Requirements:
Previous experience preferred in providing executive-level support
Good interpersonal skills working with both constituents and fellow staff
