What we're looking for: We are seeking a motivated, multi-tasking individual to implement and execute RSNA's customer service efforts. The Customer Service & Membership Management Specialist will have exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills as well we membership and relationship building experience.

What you'll do:
Provide customer support to members, meeting registrants, and non-members via incoming and outgoing calls
Participate in membership calling campaigns that include outbound calls to engage with customers and upsell of membership benefits
Enter membership applications for both RSNA and related societies into our association management system as directed and process attached payments
Administer the customer service inbox by responding to inquiries within 24 hours or less
Provide internal customer service for International Affairs programs and additional internal department customer service projects
Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the database records
Troubleshoot and maintain membership account access
Scan and index documents for digital storage
On-site participation at the RSNA Annual Meeting
What you'll need:
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Ability to collaborate professionally with a diverse group, including peers, direct reports, senior leadership, and volunteers
Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross functional environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Proficiency in Outlook functions and scheduling meetings
