Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,500 Cover Letter Required: Yes Closing Date: 02/19/2021 _______________________________________________________________________ This is a critical time for policing and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is at the forefront, working to engage communities and promote leading policing practices. The IACP is dedicated to enhancing the policing profession through new initiatives, advocacy, and member services that bring innovation, promising practices, and training to the field. The association is seeking individuals with the passion, energy, and commitment to dedicate their professional efforts towards moving the field of policing forward. The IACP is the world’s largest and most influential professional association for police leaders. With more than 30,000 members in over 160 countries, the IACP is a recognized global leader in policing. IACP seeks to hire a Human Resources Generalist with experience working in a collaborative and matrixed environment to broadly support IACP efforts within the Human Resources department. This position will coordinate human resources services and serve as the day-to-day HR contact for several identified tasks, actions, and projects. Additionally, this position is expected to learn all aspects of human resources, share aspects of the workload, and serve as a back-up for the second Human Resources Generalist on a daily basis. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources and will touch all facets of the Human Resources functions to include the following:
