Job Brief

The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) is looking for a high-performing education coordinator with customer service experience preferably for an association. The education coordinator will support the education team on education development, speaker management, event registration, and more. The coordinator should enjoy working with customers and work as an integral part of the education team. The education coordinator should be proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable working with new technology. Prior experience in association management and learning management systems is a plus.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in a high-paced environment, and have the ability to successfully multi-task. 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Customer service support for certification and education programs; including but not limited to calls, invoicing, files, and responding to inquiries/ issues
  • Provide administrative support for education events including data entry, registration customer support, evaluation processing, transcript management and certificate processing and support
  • Track and support sales of online education and certification
  • Manage educational curriculum calendar to include curriculum, manual, and workbook updates
  • Support virtual education including schedule, recordings, uploading, and quality check.
  • Enter and update records in the database, as needed
  • Education Partners Program (EPP) Administration including EPP follow-up; data processing; CEU management
  • Support speaker management
  • Special projects as assigned
