Leads IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering collaboration, innovation, prioritization of IT initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversight of all IT operations encompassing CEO’s membership association management system (Salesforce), network administration, and all policies, procedures and protocols to support an effective IT infrastructure that are strategically and tactically aligned with CEO’s organizational objectives.
Manages the implementation and ensures necessary support of CEO’s Salesforce ecosystem including the operational effectiveness of integrated application software (i.e. Pardot, Fonteva, FormAssembly) to enhance the members’ digital experience.
Collaborates with CEO Management Team members on database and web related initiatives.
Develops and maintains an Information Technology strategic plan in order to provide a road map to support the organizations short-term and long-term objectives.
Develops best practices for operating procedures, personal computer use, network configuration, AMS and other software platforms.
Responsible for the strategic direction and management of all infrastructure systems, including disaster recovery, information security, cloud services, telecommunications, data storage, to support the day-to-day business operations.
Provides day-to-day technical support to staff on infrastructure, software applications, peripheral equipment, security functions.
Collaborates with staff to identify future requirements for their respective functional areas, including but not limited to digital delivery of information, developing organizational dashboards, data analytics, and mobile applications.
Collaborates with the CFO on developing IT capital and operating budgets. Ensures IT budgets and capital projects are completed on time and on budget.
Manages technology projects and ensures their successful completion.
Serves as an internal resource for staff to advise on IT best practices; works with staff to determine effective technology solutions for meeting both strategic and operational needs; meets with individual departments to discuss needs and solutions before projects are approved, ensuring that selected solutions integrate with other CEO systems as necessary and meet best practices for IT standards.
Collaborates with the Director of Marketing & Communications on web technology issues. Participates on CEO’s core web team; provides subject matter expertise and works as a partner with marketing staff. Assist in redesign of CEO’s website as needed to provide ease of access, clear navigational and responsive design (to accommodate varying types of devices and web browsers), a seamless user experience and an overall appealing look and feel.
Develops and maintains an Information Technology Manual to document the organization’s network, standards and operational procedures, policies regarding information and information technology, management and security.
Oversees technology maintenance coordination and LAN configuration/maintenance through MegaPath/Fusion and Network Alliance (third party service providers).
Develops and maintains a Disaster Recovery Plan. Ensures that backup, recovery and security procedures are set-up and performed as planned and necessary.
Provides ongoing training to existing staff and on-boarding training to new staff on all current software applications and hardware (computers, phones, copier).
Evaluates, builds and maintains relationships with existing and new technology vendors.
Stays apprised of current knowledge, information, trends, and best practices with current and future technologies.

Demonstrated expertise with AMS systems, integration with accounting systems, and web content management systems.
An effective leader with strong written/oral communication and interpersonal experience. Strong strategic planning and analytical experience.
Experience in deploying technologies and tools that support data analytics.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Commitment to customer service. Provides prompt and courteous response timely to staff.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced office environment.
Interest in empowering staff to become more self-sufficient in managing IT systems.
SKILLS:
Software/hardware skills desired: AMS/CRM programs (Salesforce a plus) ; Microsoft SharePoint; Microsoft Windows Server configuration and Office 365 platform; laptop computers; VPN and remote networking; Cloud data storage; Smartphones, tablets and other smart devices.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree is required in information technology or management, business or a related field from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience and/or training including a leadership role or equivalent combination.
