The Senior Vice President, Program Development is to lead business and program development efforts for the programs, products and services offered by the organization. This position serves as a member of the NCCHC's senior leadership team, reporting to and working with the Chief Executive Officer with the goal of producing targeted revenue outcomes for new business and program development. The Senior Vice President, Program Development will assist in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan. This position will bring innovative approaches to revenue growth and enhancement, will strengthen relationships with Federal, State, and local agencies and associations including NCCHC's supporting organizations, and will identify new funding donors to include foundations, corporations, and individuals.
