The Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education (GACTE) is searching for an Executive Director, who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. GACTE is a professional association of educators who administer, teach, and support Career, Technical and Agriculture Education in Georgia. GACTE is a state affiliate of the Association for Career and Technical Education.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and have a minimum of three years of professional association management experience. Highly qualified candidates will have five or more years of professional association management experience. Knowledge of career and technical education is preferred, but not required.
Please note that this is a “work from home” position as GACTE does not have a physical office location. The GACTE Executive Director will travel extensively through Georgia, and occasional national travel will be required.
The salary for this position is competitive and negotiable.
