Administrative Assistant: North American Association of Subway Franchisees
The North American Association of Subway® Franchisees, Inc. (“NAASF”) has an opportunity for a bright, energetic, highly detail-oriented person who is able to work independently and produce results for the association.
This person will be charged with tasks that are primarily administrative.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and self-motivated. Preferred skills include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Business writing skills (letters, minutes taking, and similar)
Excellent phone presence and ability to liaise with many varied types of members and affiliates
Superb administrative skills (relating to Board organization)
Ability to organize Board meetings for the association in tandem with Executive Director
Database entry / updating member profiles online
Other administrative tasks as necessary
Travel to Board meetings/events as necessary; typically 3-4x/year
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Hourly
