The National Association of College and University Attorneys seeks a full-time Meetings & Office Services Assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: front-desk reception, including greeting and welcoming guests; answering phones and routing phone messages; overseeing the Association’s telephone and voice-mail systems and maintenance of other office equipment; receiving and recording all cash and credit card receipts and other light accounting functions; ordering, maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventories; providing support to human resources; and assisting with administrative aspects of live meetings, including registration, continuing legal education credit administration, and other logistics. The position also assists with other projects as needed.
Requirements include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially for front-desk reception and phone coverage; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; adaptability and willingness to take on new assignments; accurate data entry; and ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities with minimum supervision. Individual should have familiarity with office and computer and database systems. An associate or bachelor’s degree in any field is REQUIRED.
