The Education Registrar is responsible for assisting members and other real estate licensees in the registration process to attend state and association required classes and to clearly communicate state renewal requirements; ensures accurate course certificates are provided to students attending classes and for the accurate and timely electronic reporting to state regulatory agencies. Ensures KCRAR school maintains adequate recordkeeping of courses, educators, and class taken by licensee in order to maintain school accreditation. Performs as an administrative assistant for Education Director and is responsible for a myriad of communications with members and state agencies. Responsible for collecting course fees, processing refunds, room rental agreements, prepares classroom for scheduled classes and breaks, creates reports and occasionally assists as back up for the reception desk as needed.
Skills required include: ability to deliver superior customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient use of computer-based systems and software, establish and follow deadlines, ability to provide assistance and guidance to Members with questions, ability to work in a team environment, and attention to detail.
