The National Association of Home Builders is seeking an experienced Marketing and Project Manager who will work with the Event and Product Marketing team members to manage, plan and execute projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and of the highest quality. The Manger will also serve as point person for outside vendors including copywriters, designers, printers, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team of marketers whose products include one the nation’s largest trade shows, education, awards programs and books.
Qualified candidates must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; familiarity with processes, procedures and/or best practices of print, electronic and multimedia communications are a must. Candidates should also have superior communication and interpersonal skills and be able to use independent judgment in making decisions. The ability to create, develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of individuals, organizations and publications is also a must. Candidates should be proficient in current Microsoft Office software and have a working knowledge of social media platforms. Google analytics knowledge is a plus.
A minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or marketing and event production is required. Candidates must also have experience working in a fast-paced, team environment. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations or communications, or equivalent in education and experience, is required.
