The Corporate Development Coordinator is responsible for coordination of all services offered to exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers and donors of the CNS and supports all administrative projects and duties for the CNS Development Department and select Committees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Coordinates all educational grant, sponsorship & advertising applications and agreements for CNS and affiliate programs and activities, including:
  • Processes & Submits Grant & Sponsorship Requests.
  • Produces Backup documentation and support materials for grant & sponsorship requests.
  • Coordinates application processing & database management.
  • Tracks Grants submission Status and maintains status reports for all corporate sales.
  • Processes sponsorship, advertising and grant agreements and maintains all corporate supporter files.
• Coordinates application processing, manages and tracks pledges, and facilitates maintenance and data entry of the fundraising, exhibit, sponsorship and advertising databases as directed.
• Coordinates logistics and production for fulfillment for all donor and corporate partner benefits, as directed by the Associate Director, Corporate Development, and collaborates with the CNS Programs and Communications Department to provide seamless delivery of CNS educational grant and promotional sponsorship agreements.
• Coordinates, in conjunction with the Programs and Communications department , the logistics and production of all exhibit and sponsor related materials, including but not limited to the exhibit prospectus, service kit, marketing materials and correspondence for exhibit/corporate audience.
• Develops and distributes bi-annual Fulfillment reports for Industry Allies Council member companies and other key accounts.
• Provides customer support to individual donors, industry partners, key vendor liaisons and external client contacts.
• Liaison to the CME Program Compliance Manager for the coordination of CME grant agreements and other ACCME compliance requirements relative to Commercial Support.
• Liaison to accounting for the processing and tracking of exhibit, sponsorship, advertising and educational grant payments, as well as foundation donations.
• Provides administrative support to the Associate Director, Corporate Development and other functional heads of the organization as needed.
• Routinely handles the administrative functions for Development Committee, Industry Allies Council including: preparing agenda for committee conference calls.
• Arranges committee conference calls, and assists with meeting and travel planning for staff and committee members.
• Transcribes and edits minutes of the Development Committee, Industry Allies Council, Exhibit Advisory Committee and weekly department meetings.
• Drafts donor and industry partner communications and implements direct mail packages as needed in the execution of fundraising and development plans.
