Individual needed to manage certification and communications for two non-profit professional associations (Association for Applied Sport Psychology and Society for Pediatric Dermatology) within HollandParlette, an established national association management firm.
Candidate would support one national certification program, including processing and routing of applications, coordinating exams, providing official notifications and supporting continued program development. Responsibilities would also include coordination of association communications, including social media, html newsletters, website maintenance and award programs.
Candidate should be well-organized and possess solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, InDesign, Constant Contact, website maintenance programs and experience working with database applications. Excellent customer service, email and phone skills required. Previous association experience preferred and previous certification experience a plus.
Candidate should be a self-starter and able to work with limited direction. Small, fast-paced office environment. Some travel required (approximately 2-3 weeks each year).
