We are looking for a Safety Programs Coordinator to provide administrative support, assist with logistics and execution of regional meetings, committee meetings and activities of the Safety Programs team. Duties to include:
Respond to routine requests for information on conferences, meetings, and other pertinent business when relevant.
Provide support to all Safety Committees and Regional Networks.
Establish and maintain a record of the development and preparation of meetings, activities, and programs.
Facilitate logistics for meetings and events as needed.
Track and maintain participation metrics for Regional Network meetings.
Establish and maintain files for the Safety Committees and Regional Networks activities.
Provide research materials and support for departmental projects, safety programs, and other initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
2-4 years of administrative experience.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Knowledge with software and web technologies to include; Association Management Software.
Ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills

Association experience a plus
