In this position, the Office Associate will coordinate project activities in the Quality and Safety area related to the Reporting and Data Systems (RADs) and the Incidental Findings programs. The Associate will track and document program activities; organize calls and meetings; document program activities; prepare reports, articles, and presentations; respond to member/customer inquiries; research problems and suggest solutions.

THE ROLE WOULD ENTAIL:

- Organize calls and meetings to facilitate member input; 

- Document meeting action items and program activities to organize program results and next steps; 

- Prepare reports, articles, and presentations to document program achievements; 

- Respond to member/customer inquiries; 

- Research problems and suggest solutions as necessary.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Some college education, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree;
- Administrative experience, preferably 1+ years of relevant experience in administering programs or working with physicians; 
- Competent with Microsoft Office software; 
- Organizational and analytical skills; 
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions; 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; 
- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually.
