Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) seeks a Salesforce Administrator to provide leadership and overall management of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce. Reporting directly to the VP, Technology and Information Strategy, the administrator will have a deep understanding of the organization’s processes, take pride in saving staff time through automations, and provide vision for how Salesforce can create impact. The administrator will work cross-functionally with all SGIA teams in supporting their varied Salesforce needs. SGIA is in the process of implementing Salesforce with an anticipated launch date of February 2019 and has ambitious goals around expanding its use. This role will help achieve those goals with an eye to scaling SGIA’s work through process improvement and automations.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE AND DUTIES:
Ensure that all organizational data management needs are met, and effective processes are designed for acquiring and integrating external and internally generated data.
Assume overall responsibility for day-to-day Salesforce operation and maintenance, including:
Management of security, users, roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules and other setup options.
Management and prioritization of ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve.
Create and manage system workflows.
Assist with report design and management as needed.
Research and implement solutions for process improvements and system integrations
Successfully launch new applications; replace or upgrade existing applications
Employ proven project management skills in projects to drive towards increased success
Define project outcomes, goals, and measures of success
Report on the health of a project
Responsible for standardization and documentation of system processes.
Develop and deliver Salesforce trainings and materials to improve staff utilization, adoption, data consistency, and data accuracy.
Serve as an engaged and involved team member, supportive of the varied experiences and perspectives of colleagues.
Support and actively build an office culture dedicated to superior customer service that exceeds expectations.
Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree required
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Salesforce database experience required
Non-profit experience a plus
