MHP Salud, a national non-profit agency that implements Community Health Worker (CHW) programs, as well as provides training and technical assistance services to other agencies who wish to start-up or strengthen their own CHW programs, is currently seeking a Plan Implementation and Integration Manager.
As a middle management position on the Indirect Services team, this position coordinates and manages key activities in organizational plans that span various divisions and units and is instrumental in advancing the organization’s ability to provide high quality training and technical assistance to organizations interested in the CHW model. The Plan Implementation and Integration Manager will interface and communicate with a wide variety of staff and external partners to ensure key activities in organizational initiatives are successfully completed, tracked, collected, integrated and reported to Senior Management. While a full job description is posted on the MHP Salud website, in short, 50% of position is project management and coordination; 20% is communication and access facilitation; 20% is Data management, collection and reportin;, and 10% are other tasks. A skilled project manager adept at collaboration and communication is best suited to this position.

Interview process: MHP Salud will contact qualified candidates by email. Review of applications will begin on May 28, 2018. Virtual interviews will take place the week of June 4. Candidates selected to move to the next round will be tested on their skill set the week following the previous phase. The final round of in-person interviews should expect this to take place the week of June 18th; the location will be determined based on the location of applicants.
The successful applicant will have earned a bachelor ‘s degree with at least 2 years of work experience related to job responsibilities and experience with, in, or as a Community Health Worker or CHW manager. Fluency (spoken and written) in Spanish is a plus.
