The Senior Manager for Education Programs plays a key role in our mission, and we rely on you to work alongside our member leaders as they help us deliver education and training to grow our field. The Senior Manager for Education Programs manages the program planning and content delivery of the organization's face-to-face and online education events and activities. You will collaborate with physician volunteers to develop print, video and online instructional materials; oversee the learning management system; administer the speaker and abstract management system; and ensure education events and activities comply with ACCME criteria and regulations.
Your responsibilities also include:
developing our education catalog for both face-to-face and online learning, ensuring that we deliver an increasingly robust online education resource for members and others at all career stages
developing standard operating procedures to support member volunteers
helping secure faculty
liaising with speakers, moderators, external vendors and internal staff from concept through delivery and after-analysis for all educational programming
You will report to the Executive Director and supervise one staff member.
