The National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), located at One Dupont Circle in Washington, DC, seeks a full-time Data Management Specialist. The Specialist will provide general support to all staff, including two additional IT personnel.
Primary duties include:
Serving as the lead internal data specialist on the association database and providing staff training on database issues along with the vendor; assisting in managing open issues and AMS functionality; maintaining data entry standards; assisting with alignment of current and new database initiatives or upgrades with NACUA’s business objectives; general troubleshooting with database based web forms; designing and updating customer-facing web forms and templates; and compiling and analyzing data for various departments and producing reports and analyses on a regular basis.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience and hands-on knowledge of association management databases, preferably ClearVantage, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
Attention to detail in all areas of work; high aptitude for compiling, generating, and analyzing data; proficiency with survey tools; and ability to interact well with staff and members through both oral and written communications.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL including database schemas, stored procedures and views.
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus.
Experience report writing.
