Provides professional customer service to INTA members, nonmembers, and staff. The Associate, Member Operations is the initial point of contact for all member and staff inquiries via a ticketing system, telephone inquiries, reservation services, etc. They actively monitor inquires through to completion, ensuring proper response time and the highest level of customer service. They will follow and support INTA’s policies and processes related to meetings and membership in order to deliver member satisfaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
