The Executive Director (Secretary-Manager) of the Association is the duly recognized business representative of the Chapter, reporting to a Board of Directors.
Executive Director manages all activities of the Chapter, serves as Secretary of the Corporation, and promotes the purposes of the Chapter.
The primary focus of the Chapter centers on the labor relations needs of union-signatory Construction Contractors, including contract negotiations and administration, trust funds oversight, dispute resolution, and training of apprentices.
Other important aspects include management education for member firms, recognition programs, special events and meetings.
4 years' experience in a trade association management position is preferred. Similar qualifications will be considered.
