AIHA seeks a Coordinator, eLearning to assist with the execution of the eLearning training programs, including webinars, online courses, on demand learning, virtual conferences and certificate programs. This position works closely with staff, presenters, instructors, members, and committees. You will manage webinars from defining learner objectives and coordinating handouts to working with speakers during their presentation and developing and conducting evaluations. You will provide support in executing virtual conferences, assist with curriculum development for new courses, and set-up eLearning products. By developing a general knowledge of AIHA’s education offerings, you will be prepared to answer staff and member inquiries and resolve technical issues. You will coordinate the eLearning courses information entry and updates in the association database.

You should have at least one year of experience with education program design, development, delivery, and evaluation. Other qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, learning management systems, and webinar and online program management software. You should be able to work with subject matter experts and speakers, as well as have experience with volunteer and committee coordination. Familiarity with association management is preferred.
